Get lost in nature.

Studies have shown that spending time in nature can lower stress levels, improve moods, boost immune system function, and increase creativity. So go for a walk in the park, sit by a lake, or take a hike in the woods. Just make sure to leave your phone on do not disturb so that you can really disconnect from the world and be present in nature.
